How does it work?

First, I ask clients to come for an initial assessment session. This is your chance to tell me, in confidence, what has led you to consider therapy.

It’s also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to see how you feel about working with me. If you decide to continue, I can offer you weekly sessions in which you are free to be entirely open and honest.

I work sensitively and respectfully with all ethnicities, cultures and sexualities. I offer both long term support to clients wishing to explore their feelings in depth and short-term work if you’re wanting to address a specific problem.

In person sessions take place in Hammersmith (West London) or we can work together on-line if that feels more comfortable for you, from wherever you are.

The sort of things that my clients typically want to look at include:

Abandonment
Abuse
Academic concerns
Addiction
Agoraphobia
Anxiety
Being a carer
Bereavement
Body image
Break ups
Bullying
Changes and upheavals
Chronic illness
Claustrophobia
Depression
Difficult decisions
Divorce
Insecurity, low self-esteem and low confidence
Issues around sexuality
Mood swings
Personality disorders
Phobias
Relationship difficulties
Self-harm
Stress
Trauma
Trust issues
Workplace issues
Unexplained physical ailments
